Sparrow's Adoptables Website

Welcome to my adoptables site, which is operated by me, Sparrow. Yes, I own this site, and yes, I do all of these drawings myself. I do have a life outside of the computer and this new, upstart website, but I will try to keep this site up-to-date often.

Yes, there WAS another Freewebs site called sparrow-adopts with this same name, and yes, that site was operated by me. But that site is deleted now, and I decided not to move to a different host because I'm too lazy to learn all of that PHP. So this site is going to stay on Freewebs for a while, because I've decided that the adoptables are going to be run with the age-old HTML method, and maybe the JavaScript method later on. But for now, HTML. I know that's kinda boring, but, meh. 

I came up with the idea of an adoptables website in the first place....mainly because of when Chicken Smoothie (www.chickensmoothie.com) released a simple HTML adoptables tutorial, I was like, "oh, why not?" I spent a while trying to improve my drawing skills, and in October 2008, I released the first Sparrow-Adopts website. At this time, I had to make do with crummy egg drawings from Microsoft Paint. That old site wasn't popular whatsoever, but in November or December of 2008, I decided that I was going to try and make a PHP adoptables site. I then found out the hard way that, what do you know? Freewebs didn't support PHP! So I then tried to make a website with 000Webhost (000webhost.com). I set the site up, but never really took the time to draw anything/learn any PHP that would help me make the site/set the codes up. So I deleted THAT site. And now this site has been recreated. ^^
